Please choose carefully as returns are not offered for change of mind. All products are photographed to be clear and described accurately as possible to ensure you are well informed in your purchase. Please note colours in real life may translate slightly differently to on screen. Although, for any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a resolution. If you have any other concerns please email us at info@mikypeachstudio.com.

If items are returned we ask that the product(s) are carefully packaged, in original packaging if possible, to ensure no damage will be incurred during transportation, and MUST be with tracking, as we are not responsible if a package goes missing. We cannot refund shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@milkypeachstudio.com with images and a description. We will then asses to determine the best resolution for you, either an exchange, compensation or refund.
If your order is returned to us, the sender, in the case it has not been able to be delivered, shipping costs will need to be paid for re-delivery. Please check the delivery address before completing your order, as we are not accountable for you entering the wrong address and we do not replace or refund if product(s) are sent to the wrong delivery address.

JEWELLERY & CRYSTALS
Milky Peach Studio jewellery is made using fine, delicate and natural materials, please handle and wear with care. We do not recommend wearing jewellery to sleep, in water activities such as swimming, coming into contact with chemicals and during exercise. Please note that natural crystals and gemstones used in our jewellery may vary in shapes, size and colour, therefore, it is not considered a fault. Milky Peach Studio crystals are naturally formed by mother nature, unless otherwise stated. Therefore they may be perfectly imperfect this is not considered as a fault or damage.
